At vet-n-pet DIRECT, we make checkout quick and secure with a range of trusted payment methods to suit your needs.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express – Instant payment with your credit or debit card.
- PayPal – Pay using your balance, linked card, or bank account.
- Zip Pay – Buy now, pay later in flexible instalments (similar to Afterpay, but powered by Zip).
- Direct Bank Transfer – Pay manually from your bank account using the details below.
How Direct Bank Transfer Works
- Select Bank Transfer at checkout (currently Australian customers only).
- Complete your order — it will show as Pending Payment.
- Transfer the exact order total to:

Account Number: 500031158
Reference: Order number & Name (e.g., S12345 Jane Doe)
- Notify us: Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and proof of transfer (e.g., screenshot or receipt).
- Our team verifies within 1–3 business days and processes your order as soon as funds are confirmed.
**Important** If your bank transfer payment isn’t received within 5 business days of the order date, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Note: We do not currently offer Afterpay.
