What payment methods do you accept?Updated a month ago

At vet-n-pet DIRECT, we make checkout quick and secure with a range of trusted payment methods to suit your needs.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express – Instant payment with your credit or debit card.
  • PayPal – Pay using your balance, linked card, or bank account.
  • Zip Pay – Buy now, pay later in flexible instalments (similar to Afterpay, but powered by Zip).
  • Direct Bank Transfer – Pay manually from your bank account using the details below.

How Direct Bank Transfer Works

  1. Select Bank Transfer at checkout (currently Australian customers only).
  2. Complete your order — it will show as Pending Payment.
  3. Transfer the exact order total to:

    Account Name: Vet-N-Pet Direct Pty Ltd

    BSB: 772-772

    Account Number: 500031158

    Reference: Order number & Name (e.g., S12345 Jane Doe)

  4. Notify us: Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and proof of transfer (e.g., screenshot or receipt).
  5. Our team verifies within 1–3 business days and processes your order as soon as funds are confirmed.

**Important** If your bank transfer payment isn’t received within 5 business days of the order date, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Note: We do not currently offer Afterpay.
