Shipping Information for EU Customers: Shipping Paused
We have paused shipping to all European Union (EU) countries. From 21 October 2026, EU delivery addresses can no longer be selected at checkout.
Why have we paused EU shipping?
New EU customs rules require extra product identifier information for every item imported into the EU. Changes to EU VAT and Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) arrangements also start on 1 November 2026. While we work through what these changes mean for our range, we have paused EU shipping so we don't send orders that could be delayed, held or returned at customs.
What does this mean for me?
- New orders: You can't place new orders for delivery to an EU address at the moment. If no shipping rate appears at checkout for your address, this is why.
- Orders already placed: Orders placed before the pause have shipped, or will ship, as normal.
- Tracking and returns: We will keep supporting tracking enquiries and returns for existing EU orders. Please see our How To Return An Item page for returns.
- Will shipping resume? We don't have a date yet. We'll update this page if EU shipping resumes.
We're sorry for the inconvenience to our EU customers, and thank you for your understanding.
