From 29 August 2025, the removal of the de minimis threshold for imports into the United States comes into effect. Unfortunately, at this stage there is uncertainty around how tariffs and duties will be applied and collected through the postal network.

Because of this, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily cease shipping to the US until the process is clearly defined. 

At present, it is also unclear whether a grace period will apply to orders that were already in transit before 29 August.

We will resume shipping to the US as soon as we have clarity on the procedures and are confident that deliveries can proceed smoothly. We hope this will be resolved very soon and apologise sincerely for any inconvenience caused to our US customers.
