US shipping is paused

From 13 October 2026 we've paused all orders to the United States. You can still browse our website, but US addresses can't check out at the moment.

New US customs rules start on 22 October 2026. Under these rules, many pet products sent from Australia are likely to be held or refused at the US border, so we can't be sure your order would reach you.

What this means for you

• We can't take new orders, phone orders or manual orders for US delivery.
• If you've already paid for a US order, we'll do our best to ship it before 22 October.
• If you have an autoship subscription to a US address your subscription will be cancelled.
