Update: Monday September 29, 2025

We have once again temporarily paused shipping via all channels to the United States effective Monday September 29, 2025.

This pause is due to:

• The recently announced additional duties and tariffs on pharmaceutical products, and

• Inconsistent calculation of duties via the postal network, which we are working to confirm and resolve.

Until there is clarity and certainty on how these duties and tariffs are being applied, no shipping options are currently available for US orders.

Background on US Shipping Changes

• From 29 August 2025
  The removal of the de minimis threshold for imports into the United States came into effect. Shipping to the US was temporarily suspended until the collection method of any applicable duties and taxes was determined.

• Resumption of Shipping – 22 September 2025 (now paused again)
  Shipping to the US resumed via the postal network, with DHL Express also maintained as an option for US customers.

• Pause as of 29 September 2025
  Due to both the new tariffs and ongoing inconsistencies in duty assessments, all shipping options are now paused again until further notice.
