Shipping to Canada - Service Currently SuspendedUpdated 10 hours ago
Updated Tuesday 30th September
Due to national union strike action in Canada, all Australia Post services to and from Canada are temporarily suspended.
Until further notice, we’re unable to dispatch orders from Australia to Canada.
What this means for you
Scenario | What you can expect |
---|---|
You place a new order with a Canadian delivery address | We will be unable to ship it until services resume. We’ll notify you when shipping becomes available again. |
You have an existing order bound for Canada | We’ll monitor developments and update you. If your parcel is still in Australia and cannot be sent when the suspension lifts, we’ll offer a refund or alternative. |
What you can do

If you’ve recently placed an order to a Canadian address, please reach out to our customer service team. We’ll work with you on the best solution (refund, postponement, or alternate delivery).Choose alternate delivery options
If you have access to another delivery address (e.g. friend, warehouse, freight forwarder) in a country where shipping is available, consider using that option.
When will shipping to Canada resume?
We don’t have a confirmed date. The suspension is tied to industrial actions and Australia Post’s international arrangements. We’ll resume shipping as soon as the restriction is lifted.
We appreciate your patience and we apologise for the inconvenience.
