As a 100% Queensland-based team (not offshore), our warehouse and customer service crew take a well-earned break on public holidays. This means:
No orders will be packed or dispatched
Orders cannot be picked up from our warehouse
Our team will not be available via live chat, email, or phone
We observe all Australian National Public Holidays as well as Queensland-specific ones.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we believe it’s important to give our team the chance to rest and enjoy time with their families (and of course their pets 🐾).
💡 Tip: To avoid delays, we recommend placing your orders and reaching out with any questions a little earlier around holiday times. That way, your pet supplies and enquiries are taken care of before the break.
Our AI assistant will still be available on the website to answer many common questions. However, anything that requires human help will need to wait until our team is back on deck.
All orders and enquiries received on public holidays will be processed as soon as we return. We usually schedule extra staff after pubic holidays to help us catch up quickly and minimise any backlog, so things get moving again fast.
