For a quick way to see what it will cost to ship your order, simply add the item/s you are interested to your shopping cart. Then click on View Cart and you will see at the bottom of the cart page a handy shipping estimator which provides the shipping cost you can expect to pay when you complete the checkout process. You don’t need to log in or register to be able to see the shipping estimate.

Please note that we do not ship to all destinations. If no shipping rate is returned it is because we do not ship to your location at all, or we are unable to ship a particular item to your location.

There are two alternative international shipping methods are available:

• Regular Airmail (Insured)
• Express Courier International

Airmail has an average delivery time of 7-10 working days ( not including weekend days and public holidays) but can be longer to some destinations. Express Courier International has an average delivery time of 3-5 working days depending on destination.

We ship most products worldwide. If shipping isn’t available for a specific item, it may not be eligible for delivery to your location.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import regulations required by their local authorities. Please ensure the items you wish to order comply with your country's import and quarantine rules.

For orders to the United Kingdom we have a minimum order value requirement of $250 AUD (excluding shipping costs) and a maximum order value of $1800 AUD.
