Need to update your name, email address, or shipping details? No worries — you can make these changes yourself through your vet-n-pet DIRECT online account.

Note: If you created your account using a social login (like Google, Facebook, or Shop Pay), your email can only be updated through that platform.

✏️ What You Can Update

• Your name

• Your email address (you’ll be asked to verify your new one)

• Your shipping address and details

Your email marketing preferences will stay the same, even if you update your email address.

If you’ve accidentally created more than one account (for example, using different emails), you can’t merge them yourself but we can help! Just contact our Customer Care team and we’ll merge your profiles for you.

🐶 How to Update Your Details Step-by-Step

1. Visit our website: www.vetnpetdirect.com.au

2. Click the Login button (top right of the page).

3. Sign in using your email, “Sign in with Shop,” or your social account.

4. Once logged in, click on your initials (top right corner) and choose Account Information.

5. From there, you can:

   • Edit your name or email: Click the ✏️ pencil icon in the Profile section, make your changes, and click Save.

     • If you update your email, you’ll be prompted to verify it before it becomes active.

   • Edit your shipping address: Click the ✏️ pencil icon next to your default address under the Addresses section, update your details, and click Save.
