How To Return An Item

Wrong size? Ordered incorrectly? Item defective? Something else not right?

We know. Returning an item can be a  pain in the you know what! To try and make the process as hassle free as possible, we offer a money back guarantee on the items we sell plus we cover the return shipping costs (Australian customers only) if items are returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and Procedure detailed below.

To return an item please visit our Returns Page to arrange a Return Authorisation Number and your return shipping label. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorisation number.

Returns Policy & Procedure

vet-n-pet DIRECT offer a 30 day money-back guarantee (less shipping costs) provided goods are returned in a saleable condition and are unused (no pet hair please!), in the original undamaged box including all original packing and inclusions. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of AUD$10 or 15% (whichever is the greater) and replacement cost, or refuse the return of items that are returned incomplete or damaged in any way. Items can be returned to vet-n-pet DIRECT free of shipping charges (within Australia) provided you have made contact with us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number and received return postage instructions from us. Unless faulty, all Clearance items are Non-Returnable, so please pay careful attention when ordering these items.

All goods returned to vet-n-pet DIRECT will be inspected upon their return and in the case of faulty products, a replacement product will be sent at the expense of vet-n-pet DIRECT or a refund issued to the customers credit card according to the customers instructions.

In the case of non-faulty goods returned to vet-n-pet DIRECT, we reserve the right to deduct the standard restocking fee from any refund issued, or to return the goods to the customer at the customers expense.
