How can I set up a repeat order?Updated 4 months ago

We offer the ability to set up a recurring or repeat order via our Auto-Ship feature. If a product is eligible for Auto-Ship, you will be able to select the delivery frequency on the product page. It will look something like this:

Not all products are eligible for Auto-Ship. However, if you see a product that you would like to have set up for Auto-Ship and it is not currently available, please let our Customer Service team know and we may be able to activate that feature for you.

Auto-Ship orders do not lock-in specific pricing and prices can change over time due to manufacturer price increases and market forces. However, Auto-Ship orders will always receive our best available price on our site at the time the repeat order is created, which includes sale pricing if the item goes on sale. Shipping costs are also calcuated based on the current site shipping rates at the time the repeat order is created.

A few days prior to your next order being billed, you will receive an email notification that the next order is coming up for billing. You can click on the link provided in the email to review your order and pricing details as well as make any changes including skipping or cancelling the order or updating the order frequency.
