You can register for a SMS or email notification to be sent to you when an item that was out of stock becomes available again.

On the product page when you select the particular variant that is currently out of stock, you will see a button appear that says "Notify me when available"

Clicking on this button will open a popup window where you can enter either your email address or your mobile phone number to receive a notification when there is stock available for purchase again.
