Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (USA Orders)Updated 3 hours ago
Do I need to pay duties or import fees on my order?
No. You won’t be asked to pay any additional duties or import fees when your order arrives.
How are import costs handled?
Our pricing is structured so that all import-related costs are built into the total price you see at checkout rather than charged separately. We take care of any import-related fees as part of the delivery process, so in most instances no separate duty or tax is payable by you on delivery.
Why might I see duty or tax shown on my order?
For some orders, particularly those shipped with courier services, an estimated duty or tax amount may be shown at checkout or in your order details.
This reflects how the total price is calculated, but it isn’t a separate charge you pay to customs. These amounts form part of the overall price and are handled by us as part of the delivery process.
As this isn’t a separate payment made by you to customs, it doesn’t create an individual amount that can be claimed back.
Can I claim back duties or import fees?
No. As there is no separate duty or tax paid directly by you to customs, there isn’t anything available to claim back.
Some information online refers to refund processes for specific types of import entries, but these don’t apply to orders handled this way.
Can I ever be charged additional fees?
In most cases, no. Your order is shipped on a fully landed basis and no additional charges are required on delivery.
However, in rare cases, customs authorities may review a shipment independently and apply additional charges based on their assessment (for example, for higher-value or commercial shipments). These situations are outside our control and not part of the standard delivery process.
