Can I pick up my order?Updated 9 days ago

We offer local pick up of orders from our Jimboomba warehouse. Please place your order online and select the Pickup option during checkout. We will send you an email notifying you when your order is ready for collection once it has been picked and packed. In general most pickup orders are ready for collection within 2-3 hours. Our customer service team will contact you if there is any anticipated delay beyond a few hours.

If you require an item urgently, please let our customer service team know so that they can check the order and advise you if a faster pickup time is possible.

Please note our warehouse is only open from Monday to Friday and we are not open on weekends. Our warehouse is also closed on nationally recognised Public Holidays. 

Public Holiday Notice (Brisbane Exhibition — Ekka): Our warehouse and customer service team will be closed on Monday 10 August 2026 for the Brisbane Exhibition (Ekka) public holiday. This is a regional South East Queensland holiday — if you're located outside Queensland, this date may not be a public holiday for you, but please be aware our warehouse is based in Jimboomba, QLD and our team will be away on this date. We will be back on deck on Tuesday 11 August and will process all orders placed over the weekend and on Monday from that point. We are open and trading as normal today, Friday 8 August.
