Can I pick up my order?Updated 11 hours ago

We offer local pick up of orders from our Jimboomba warehouse. Please place your order online and select the Pickup option during checkout. We will send you an email notifying you when your order is ready for collection once it has been picked and packed. In general most pickup orders are ready for collection within 2-3 hours. Our customer service team will contact you if there is any anticipated delay beyond a few hours.

If you require an item urgently, please let our customer service team know so that they can check the order and advise you if a faster pickup time is possible.

Please note our warehouse is only open from Monday to Friday and we are not open on weekends. Our warehouse is also closed on nationally recognised Public Holidays. 

For the Christmas period 2025, we will be closing early on Christmas Eve (24/12/25) at 12pm and will reopen for order collection on Monday the 29th December at 8am. You can continue to place orders online during this period, but they will not be able to be collected until Monday the 29th.
