Can I pick up my order?Updated 4 months ago

We offer local pick up of orders from our Jimboomba warehouse. Please place your order online and select the Pickup option during checkout. We will send you an email notifying you when your order is ready for collection once it has been picked and packed. In general most pickup orders are ready for collection within 24 hours.

If you require an item urgently, please let our customer service team know so that they can check the order and advise you if a faster pickup time is possible.
