Shipping costs are based on order weight, value and postcode. To see the shipping cost, add the item/s you want to your cart. Then scroll down the cart page to enter your country, state and postcode and click the Calculate button. The estimator will look something like this:

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping charges are based on the overall weight of your order as well as postcode. We offer free shipping for orders over $99 to most major metro areas but weight limits apply. To see the shipping cost for your area, please add the items of interest to your cart and use the shipping estimator at the bottom of the cart page to see the estimated shipping costs for your postcode.

How can I get free shipping?

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times once in the hands of our carriers vary based on your location. We ship from Brisbane. How do I return an item?

We're onto it! The majority of our orders ship within 24-48 hours if not sooner. Occasionally after public holidays and peak seasons it can take slightly longer. We work Monday to Friday and enjoy weekends off with our pets and families, so please factor that in to your calculations. If you think its been an unusually long time though, please let us know!
